ASBESTOS, LEAD, and MOLD are the leading hazardous materials in building materials. We are the fourth (#4) contractor to be certified in California for Asbestos Abatement. We are certified by the Department of Health for Lead removal. Mold is another area of abatement and can be removed with all health concerns being top priority. It is crucial for our environment that all hazardous materials are removed prior to any DEMOLITION and that all regulations are met by APCD and CalOsha. Removal of asbestos containing building materials (ACBM) including the building component removal of: window sills, door jams, fascia chemical stripping (chloride-free), contained, HEPA filtered, blasting or scraping.
