Customer Testimonials

Pat,

Many thanks to Rusty and the (foam) crew for a job well done.  They worked very well together as
a team under Rusty’s direction.  The
completed work looks beautiful and the insulation is doing its job!  We had a hot afternoon and it was actually cool upstairs in the workshop and at night the workshop stayed warm.

Many thanks again for the fine workmanship.

Hello, Patrick.  This is to thank you for the fine job your company provided to insulate our new shop. Please thank Rusty and his crew for us as well.

At last the acrylic layer has cured.  Moisture has evaporated and we are in the process of moving our belongings into the shop.  This includes the radial arm saw that I have not been able to use during the past year.  Several projects have been set aside because of this.

Hoping you and yours enjoy the holidays. Take care and thanks again.

Pat:

Your crew was up yesterday and got the sub-floor sprayed quickly and efficiently. The house was immediately warmer. Thanks very much for the excellent job!  It was greatly appreciated.

My best,

Spray Foam Insulation:

Spray Foam insulation is one of the most advanced energy efficient products on the market, and is beginning to make a large presence in the California Building Industry (it has been utilized in the building practices of the East Coast, Mid West and Canada for over 25 years).

Today, it’s almost impossible to think of any type of building material that hasn’t been improved over time.  Insulation is no exception.  When applied to walls, attics, ceilings, floors and basements; spray foam insulation – in a one step installation process – softly expands to form a protective barrier, ensuring a Quieter space (reducing extraneous noise), a more Energy Efficient structure (that lowers monthly utility bills), and a Healthier environment (by sealing out dust and pollen).  For example, one of our clients had their attic sprayed and a Blower Door Test confirmed that air leakage into and out of the home was reduced by 92%; therefore, significantly decreasing the Therm usage (and cost) as demonstrated on their utility bill history.

Utilizing spray foam insulation in your building practices, either for a new structure or a retrofit structure, is a great way to secure long-term value for the life of the building.  American Specialty Insulation, Inc. is a certified spray-foam applicator that works with builders, architects, contractors and homeowners. Our semi-rigid, open cell, polyurethane insulation’s high R-value and ease of application have taken insulation performance to a whole new level. We also have a closed cell spray-foam application that gives top performing R-value (by doubling the R-value of open cell); and in a single application to an engineered building envelope provides a long-term thermal resistance, an excellent air barrier, and a recognized vapor retarder.

By maximizing use of renewable materials and reducing energy consumption, spray-foam insulation makes a profound impact on the environment, supports green, energy-efficient building and creates healthy living spaces…both commercially and residentially.
